Panning speed

I have tried last night's update (0.0.53) and that improves the rotating (panning) speed by slowing it down a bit. I have the slider set to 0.0, the slowest setting there is. However, I would regard this as a medium setting - I would really like to be able to slow this down further, so at the slowest setting it takes much bigger finger movements to pan.

(But thanks for adding this so quickly! It is a big improvement over the very first drop I saw.)
